Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns due to change of mind are not accepted once the product has been used.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- The product is defective or not working as intended

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, we recommend:
- Returning the original item (once approved)
- Placing a new order for your preferred item
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, as required by law.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
